February 2024 – Design Team Selection (DiNisco Design, in collaboration with William Rawn Associates)

Feasibility Phase – Module 3

February 2024 – December 2024 – Feasibility Study Development
July 2024 – Preferred Design Program (PDP) due to MSBA
December 2024 – Preferred Schematic Report (PSR) due to MSBA
February 2025 – MSBA PSR Approval Meeting

Schematic Design Phase – Module 4

January 2025 – July 2025 – Schematic Design Development
July 2025 – Schematic Design (SD) Report due to MSBA
August 2025 – MSBA Project Scope Budget Approval Meeting

Funding the Project – Module 5

November 4th, 2025 – Local vote to approve project funding
