February 2024 – December 2024 – Feasibility Study Development
July 2024 – Preferred Design Program (PDP) due to MSBA
October 2024 – Preferred Schematic Report (PSR) due to MSBA
December 2024 – MSBA PSR Approval Meeting

Schematic Design Phase – Module 4
